Monthly check and payment of all invoices for utilities (e.g. water, power, gas, TV, internet, telephone, alarm, etc.) and services (e.g. pool service, lawn and garden) including copy and prep for owners.

Tax & Insurance

Initial set-up of Sales Tax and Tourist Tax accounts.

Monthly Sales and Tourist Tax reports, filing and payments. 
Yearly payments (property taxes, insurance, etc.) including verification with insurance companies, tax authorities and owners

Reporting

Monthly Sales and Tourist Tax reports.

Quarterly statements to owners - including monitoring balance on escrow account, including scanning all invoices and forecast.

Update owner with financial overview to allow YTD financial information at owners request.

Book Keeping

Bookkeeping of rental income.

HOA Fees

Monitor and pay Home Owner Association (HOA) fees, if applicable.
